"The Friends of the Millis Public Library invite you to participate in a YANKEE BOOK SWAP!
Date: Thursday, April 29th, 2010 at 7pm.
Here’s how it works:
Bring a wrapped, used book that you have already read (in good condition, please). If the book does not have a dust jacket blurb, include a brief note describing the book. On the day of the swap you will draw a number that determines your turn. When your number comes up you choose a wrapped book, unwrap the book and read the description. You then decide if you want to keep the book or swap it for one of the books that was unwrapped earlier. After all books are open, the person who drew number 1 then gets to swap with any person.
