"Silent Book Auction: Treasures from the Ventress Vault! Make a bid on vintage books culled from library donations. These gems are collector's items and have been screened through AddALL.com, a forum for Internet booksellers. There are 2 ways to make a bid: in the library, write your bid on a paper slip and put in the gold vase; or make a bid through this website by sending a message through "Ask a Librarian" link on the home page. Current books and bids are displayed in the library and listed on the website homepage. Winning bids are notified on the last day of the month. All proceeds benefit the library for programs and purchase of new books."
