"Not Your Average Joe's sponsors a different cause each month, designating Tuesday nights during that month for Not Your Average Cause fundraising. Watertown Library is their February beneficiary. That means the library's big nights will be Tuesday the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.
Here’s how the fundraising works:
- Every Tuesday night throughout February, Not Your Avaerage Joe's sets aside an amount equal to 15% of all purchases made by Watertown library supporters at Not Your Average Joe’s in Watertown.
- Library supporters identify themselves to servers with Not Your Average Cause certificates.
- If supporters forget their certificates, they can ask for duplicates at the door. (Certificates are a must, because that’s how our servers know to credit 15% of the purchase to the library)
- At the end of the month, Not Your Average Joe’s will write a check to the library for 15% of all purchases made by supporters on Tuesday evenings during February."
