10.09.09: Fundraising Can Be Murder!

From The Friends of the Stoneham Public Library in Stoneham:

"Murder Mystery Night
Murder comes to the Stoneham Public Library on Friday, October 23rd! "Murder at Crooke's Crossing" is an interactive mystery program that makes the audience a part of the action. Teams will attempt to identify the murderer from a group of 10 suspects by asking them questions, evaluating clues and using deductive reasoning. All 10 suspects have a motive, but only one is the killer. Stars of the production will include Hank Phillippi Ryan of WHDH-TV, Stoneham Town Administrator David Ragucci, Stoneham Selectman Paul Rotondi, Stoneham Police Chief Richard Bongiorno, Stoneham Town Clerk John Hanright, and other brave citizens. The doors will open at 6:30 and the drama begins at 7:00. It promises to be a fun evening. Tickets are $25, are available at the library, and include admission, refreshments, beverages, and the opportunity to see our stars in a very different light than we usually see them. All proceeds benefit the library's book budget which was funded at $0 this year."
